WHAT WE OFFER
Individual and couples therapy are the core of what we do, but no two therapies look the same. Each clinician brings a unique mix of training, experience, and presence to the work. With couples, we also work with other forms of partnership — co-founders, family members, and unconventional relationships. We also occasionally offer groups and special events.

DEPTH ORIENTED SPECIALTIES
Our depth approaches open a path into the unconscious and the wisdom of the body, inviting a deeper connection to the inner world, the integration of extraordinary experiences, and the working through of things that don’t yet make sense.

Increased frequency allows therapy to move beyond immediate problems and into the deeper structures that shape how you relate, feel, and make sense of the world. Without the pressure to be efficient, seemingly ordinary moments become pathways into unconscious meaning.
We’ll attend to sensations in the body as well as to spiritual or transpersonal experiences. We’ll hold space to tell the stories of extraordinary or ineffable moments. Sessions create room to integrate what feels beyond words, using the body itself as a creative source of knowing and meaning. Read more...
Work that centers on how the nervous system reacts — activation, shutdown, or drifting. The aim is to help the body stay connected to what’s happening inside. Each clinician works differently, but we all track how you come toward and recede, helping your system feel safer and more flexible over time. Read more...
